Invitation TO Organizations and Individuals
On the occasion of the first anniversary of the HRLHA, we are organizing a “Night to Fight for Human Rights” fundraising programme to financially strengthen the organization. To this end, we have made various income generating plans, one of which is soliciting sponsors of the event.
In the past one year, HRLHA has done its best to cover and bring to light the human rights violations in the Horn of Africa with very limited financial support collected from its members. In order to continue its effort with efficiency, the HRLHA has organized a fundraising event under the title “Night to fight for Human Rights”, which is to be held on June 28,2008.
To make this event successful, we are looking for sponsorship and financial support of any kind from organizations and individuals.
We invite and kindly request individuals and organizations to join us on this special and crucial occasion.
Members and supporters are also invited to be parts of this special event and anniversary celebration.

Your contribution to Human Rights League will help us to continuously monitor and report on human rights abuses in the Horn of Africa.
Members of Human Rights League,
- Directly assist victims of human rights abuse in the Horn of Africa and other targeted people;
- Support the League officers to perform their duties and responsibilities properly;
- Individually and collectively work on strengthening respect for international human rights law and standards;
- Actively participate in the growing human rights movement;
- Attend events of the League;
- Update each other on human rights issues in the Horn of Africa and the whole world with accurate and timely information.
